Our Mission
Carnivore Carnival was born in 2023 when four BBQ teams joined forces in New Orleans to raise money for pediatric brain cancer at the 15th Annual Hogs for the Cause. We went in wanting to win, but the true reward was helping the kids. Afterward, we knew we had to do more—not just for pediatric brain cancer but for children’s healthcare everywhere. So, we created Carnivore Carnival: a traveling celebration of BBQ, live fire, faith, and fun, uniting families and communities across the country. Join us in Kansas City in October 2025 for our first-ever Carnivore Carnival. We can't wait to see you there!
