Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for your confirmation and QR code.If physical tickets are issued, delivery will occur within 7–10 business days via standard mail. Expedited shipping may be available upon request.
Refund Policy
All BBQ Contest & ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or postponed.
If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend, please contact us within 7 days of the announcement for refund or credit options (subject to approval).
